Strategy: Consider the following three step process as you map out your audience .
1. Empathy Map- Who is at the center and what is going through their mind as they consider your product/ service. Have or create a picture of this target market.
2. Buyer Persona- What is the biggest issue? Why and how can you solve this problem?
3. Buyer Process Map- How do they hear about you? What do they want to know? How will they obtain this information? What are all the reasons they might be likely to reject your offer, and how will you counter their objections?
Wisdom: Know yourself! Your strengths weakness and your risk tolerance! Get to know your audience and don't overthink things too much!
Wish: Lois needs an army of ambassadors who will help her get the word out that it’s a good idea to get help and support to move your business to its next level

Class Check provides real-time attendance information to help improve graduation rates amongst athletes. Once the initial setup is completed on the university level, student athletes can download the Class Check application to check into their classes. Administrators then have the opportunity to review and track the student submitted data from the companion Class Check website.

Strategy: Don't attempt to fit your product to multiple people. Figure out the specifics of who it is that you want to serve and serve them in a manner different from any other in your current industry.
Wisdom: Decide what financial freedom is to you and create a plan to achieve it for yourself. Remember to stop and take the time to explore your passions in depth prior to building any business. Focus on your mindset and be sure your choice is something you are truly passionate about.

Look at your competition as well as an overview of your market strategy. Next, decide what your value proposition is and create a strategy to be sure there is more coming in then going out on any given week.
Wisdom: Starting from scratch was the hardest part until Tiffany realized the struggle was mental. Learn not to focus on the small details of how and be prepared to pivot along the way.
